Q) Does Obodio Lighting Hongkong office have any stock for immediate delivery?
A) No. We do not have any stock at our Sales & Marketing office in HongKong. All our orders are shipped directly from our factory in Shenzhen, China to you. However, we do have limited stock availability at our warehouse in France. Please contact us for further details.
Q) If I need a special request on my orders such as packaging, labelling, etc. Can this be done?
A) Yes. We can customize any of your orders as you wish. Let us know in advance or when placing an order, so we can provide you with complete details for your approval.
Q) Can I get the weight on my order, before making a decision on the shipping way?
A) Yes. We can provide you with an approximate weight. At the same time, we can offer you our rates, so you can decide on the best affordable way.
Q) What if the estimated delivery date on the PI has passed and my order is still not shipped?
A) We strive in providing the closest ship out date estimated on your PI. However, if there should be a problem with your order, we will notify you immediately should any unforeseen delay occur.
Q) If order has been placed and for some reason my client has cancelled the order or some of the items listed, what do I do?
A) You need to contact us immediately if this should happen. We normally process orders immediately after they have been placed and the PI has been signed. For more information, please refer to Sale Conditions – Cancellation & Rescheduling.
Q) Can I send my orders without Obodio´s part number?
A) Yes. However, we highly suggest you use our part numbers, this way your order will go smoothly and take less time to process. Please visit our wide range of products for ordering information. ¨PRODUCTS CATEGORY¨

Q) What payments are accepted?
A) We accept payment by wire transfer. This information is noted on the Proforma Invoice (PI). And we also accept credit card, personal or company check. For more payment options, please refer to ¨Open an Account with Us¨.
Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) Obodio Lighting is pleased to ship to hundreds of countries worldwide and has very competitive rates with UPS, DHL, TNT, and FEDEX. We can even ship on your own UPS, DHL account, etc. All you need to do is let us know your account number and which way you prefer to ship, either by express or expedited. However, we can calculate for you the best affordable way, as an extra added service without any obligation. For large orders, we are often able to save considerable sums on shipping costs with air cargo. Ask for more details when placing an order.
Q) How long will it take to deliver?
A) We ship out orders quickly. If an item is in stock, it will normally be shipped out within 2-3 business days for standard products. After that, it depends on the item itself, size of order, and stock availability. If there´s any particular item on your order that needs to be shipped as a RUSH, please advise us. Don´t let the slower items hold up the rest of your order!
Q) Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
A) Yes, please refer to the Commercial Invoice for the tracking number. (¨Track your order on line¨) If your goods were shipped by air cargo, please contact us for further information should there be a delay.
Q) Will I still have to pay duties on my package?
A) Yes. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Duties are not included in our pricing. All importation charges will be paid by you.
Q). Can I group my items into as few shipments?
A). Yes of course. In order to keep shipping costs down, we can consolidate your items into the fewest shipments possible. Just let us know how you would like to group them instead of shipping them out separately.
